died to much, cannot respawn

Is there any fix to revive when death limit is reached ? It should click respawn at last checkpoint, but it's just sitting there and doing nothing

In Trinity Settings, Misc Settings group, is the box for 'Use Trinity Death Handler' ticked?

Ive had same thing happen to me before i just dont normaly do high enough for it to happen - mine isnt ticked for info
