navigation server issue...halp please !!!!!!!!!!!!!

the problem was just occur today
it keep posting:trinity cant pick up 2 slot item force townrun, but it stand still in town
and in rift or grift atiently waiting for navigation server, i tried all server + best latency but it didnt work
HALPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<update>My WD now move his ass but the error waiting for server still happens.
I stuck when I use the bounty profile at act 2.

changed region to NA, it works now but still have some delay and still got a little bit of waiting for the Navigation Server
hopefully you guys fix the Southeast Asia server
UPDATE: NVM it's still stuck in town and keep logging : Patiently waitting for navigation server
