Won't fight after todays update

After the update today I lost a HC character before finding out that combat is broke now.

Have to reinstall and see if that fixes it for now.

Reverting to the last install works great again so I'm ignoring the current update.. is this update even legit? There are no notes.

Where did you find the previous version. Having issues with it too.
