As title said, I think it would be convenient if Trinity could have functions to save/load settings to/from XML files. with that, newbies could get some help by sharing settings from experience users. Second of all, it could be easier to change settings or to restore settings. Trinity has many tab, so it may be not a bad idea to have separate files for settings in different tabs.

I'm a newbie here, not so sure if the idea above has been mentioned or not, but hope it's possible, and thank you very much.

I would also like this feature added, or tell me now it is possible.

Just copy the Settings folder inside demonbuddy :).. simple as that.. saved

The problem with saving and copying the settings folder into new versions is that some settings are removed and/or need to be disabled or enabled in order for Trinity to work properly. It doesn't take too long to configure with new version so I would just leave it.

The possibility to have various "profiles" within the plugin would be amazing.

yes, that would be amazing, so you don't have to manually change all the settings when switching character. just load the character profile and you're good to go. now I have to constantly change the combat settings etc when changing from wizard to dh or even when changing from UE DH to shadow DH. and keeping a demonbuddy folder per character is just not that handy.
