Crusader Steed Charge issues

I would like to be able to either make the bot use steed charge to just constantly run over mobs and not do the AA or to make the bot only use steed charge when moving from one area to another. As it is now with steed charge ooc turned off, the bot will still use charge while fighting and waste time. Does anybody know how I can do these two things?
