this fixed my problems too, as southeast asia seems not to be working. did make a new thread about it hopefully get a response from support about it

For future readers...

The Southeast Asia region may be having some problems. We've informed the senior staff.

In the meantime, as a work-around, please try the North America region. Don't use BestLatency.
