Avoid Prime Mobs?

Is there a way to avoid Prime mobs they seem to be the biggest obstacle and my character gets smashed every-time?

in theory you can use the avoidcreature tag or the avoid tag, but sadly they don't seem to work reliably (at least for me) :/ best way for now is to make sure your bot doesnt run into any.
