I have a problem with 'Use Convention Element Only' function

Hello...

i wanna use Bombardment & Consecration & Iron skin with physics(?) Element Time...
so i checked that function.. but its not work.
just use those skills after cool time... without physics(?) Element Time

i use Trinity 2.14.10 ver..

what can i do?
