Expect slightly longer wait time. As to blizzard might of snuck something in there to finally do something about botters.
They will be doing something soon.

Mine is still working and no patch yet. Where are you at? I am in North America

You have to restart the game & launcher to download the patch; at least that's what I did--but then Demonbuddy won't work because of the new patch.
