Did a fresh install of honorbuddy, I am running in dx9 and this happens for singular as well as superbad. I run about 50-55 fps with the bot off, it drops to about 45 with it started and me standing in ironforge. When I enter an instance it drops all the way down to between 3 and 7 maybe 10 if I'm lucky.

I have done a fresh install already. Ran singular with the same fps problem as well. Here is the log from a little earlier.

The failure mode has changed, and the exceptions are now gone. This eliminates them as the source of the FPS problems.
The causes of FPS issues are many, and by far, the #1 cause is the Antivirus. These two articles should walk you through eliminating the usual suspects:
