Closing HB crashes wow

Whenever I close HB, it crashes wow.

This did not happen before the banwave update. Running dx9

I havent changed anything, since before the banwave update, I thought I was the only one but checking through here I see I'm not. Haven't been able to find a fix yet.

Normally I could attach a log, but a log of what, I just open the bot, close it, I don't even need to start it, and wow crashes, what log should I attach?

The wow error might help?

Ok so here is what I've done:

I've taken 1 log from just loading up the bot but not starting it and closed it, resulting in wow crash (the smaller txt file)

I've taken another log with starting the bot and then closing it a few seconds after, resulting in a wow crash (the bigger txt file)

I know you've asked for the log to see something about the crash but like I said, the log shows nothing about the wow crash, or at least I can't see it, therefor I've also made a screenshot of the wow crash error.

I've also tried with a HB clean install, I receive the same crash. Again I'd like to say that this wasn't happening before the banwave update, not ever and I have not changed anything on my side of things.

Any help would be appreciated.

You've got a program that is interfering with proper Honorbuddy operation. These two articles will help you isolate the usual suspects:

BosslandGmbH:HelpDesk:AntiVirus Interference​

BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products​

The most common cause is the Antivirus, so that's where to start looking. But, the other programs are frequent causes too--particular Razr stuff.

I understand things can interfere with the normal running of honorbuddy but that is not the case here. This is a virtual machine (actually 4 of them ) that was running the bot and wow since before the banwave, then didn't do anything while the bot was down and just started to run the bot again once it was updated and this is happening.

The only installed programs are opnvpn, .net framework visual c redist 2010 and 2013 and battle net/wow, so there are no dodgy 3rd party programs here that could affect honorbuddy.

I've tried doing what he did and deleting the local in appdata but it didn't help, same thing. I haven't even touched these VM's since the banwave then all I did was to update the bot after it was released again.

imo it has to do with your VM setup/installation

from what i can see Hb doesnt log the crash
