Mass bans

Well they banned 2 of my accounts, one of them used HB the last time on December 7th, and was last online on Dec. 8th... still got a ban. They have been scanning for a while now, that's for sure.

I contacted support and got Legion refunded shortly after the ban. What is nice is that I've already used the 60 boost and received the benefits of the purchase. If I decide to come back and purchase Legion again I will get another character boost.

Fingers crossed, bought legion two days ago, hoping for a refund. Otherwise charge back those fucks for terminating
 
yes im ban too for 6 month i only use bot for 10 min on combat bot for ordali silver with my unstuff rerrol

my neuve is ban too he's always use comba bot ><

if you follow the news, those were just a handful of manual ticket based bans < 20 users out of thousands + at least half of them were using HB as well.
also this is not advertising I'm trying to help ppl find a solution in such dreadful situation.

Trip wire is there to prevent others from continuing to bot after a ban wave to prevent more bans.
And if you havent been banned yet i would keep playing that account so it looks like the ban wave did nothing to you to look more legit

Legion is a preorder. It is a product that you have not received yet. I don't see how they can refuse to refund it. I think it would be quite illegal for them to refuse to refund for a product/service you have not received and because of the ban you may not be able to receive at all. Requesting a refund for transfers, renaming, boosting, or any other services that have already been provided is a completely different matter.
 
This is my very first Ban with Honorbuddy. Im using Enyo with Tuanha Routine for maybe 1 hour today. And then i got the 6 Month Ban.

But i cant unterstand,why they removed all the Gold,Honor and Conquest Points, i dont collect that with the Bot ,only do some dungeons mit Enyo.

I try to Call tommorow with blizzard and maybe i have luck .

I have a question...
I just paid the usual amount for one month game time about 2 weeks ago, since I got banned I can't play. So maybe it is legit for me to charge my money back, right? Since I can't use the service anymore... and it's not like they could do anything to my Account when I'm already banned?:D
 
I just come back from 6 month ban and now banned for 18 month. Funny actually :D
