How do i get the mailing to work?

Hey, I thought I'd post here, because I havent really understood how the mailing system works. Is there a place where I have to put my hearthstone, or is this dependant on the profile? And if so, where should I put the HS, and how would I get mailing to work?

Mailing is automated once you use the checkbox in GB. For Guildvault deposit you need to set you HS according to the profile you use: either gadjetzan if your toon runs uldum or bootybay if you're on twilight highlands. There is more info on the wiki
