If you do it by hand it is so much faster, here is what i do.
Horde
Make sure you have 1 orc, 1 bloodelf and a class that has a dot early on (priest works best). Get all your chars to blood elf starting area using summon friend, and make them follow your dot class. Kill mana wyrms by running in circles tab targeting and dotting everything in sight until you are level 5.
Then go to north tip of 'the dead scar', run south down the scar and dot everything you see until you hit level 10.
When you are level 10, hearthstone on your orc and go to orgrimmar and enter ragefire chasm. Get all your chars there with summon friend. Use partybot on your healer and 3 dps and play your tank manually, 1 run will get you 10-15.
Alliance
I don't do this often so maybe there is a faster way, but this is what i have done in the past.
Make sure you have 1 human, and a class that has a dot early on (priest works best). Get all your chars to the human starting area using summon friend, and make them follow your dot class. Kill mobs by running in circles tab targeting and dotting everything in sight until you are level 5.
Start to make your way to the camp of murlocs near the lake north of eastvale logging camp (dotting mobs on the way). When there just dot murlocs until you are level 10ish, they instantly re spawn when killed.
At this point you have 2 choices, you could do a manual deadmines run (Use partybot on your healer and 3 dps and play your tank manually), or go to 'three corners' in redridge mountains and kill gnolls until level 15.
