Stop BG botting, BUT IT'S AV BONUS DAYS! Safe in AV only queue?

I have a toon I an considering gearing, I have geared all my other toons manually in Ashran... I am considering running the bot for AV.

Anyone have any thought on BG buddy in AV?
 
There is no av weekend anymore, blizz just havent updated the website.

Next Wednesday starts the BG Bonus event for a week straight. I suggest leveling up any toons you might want to level this week and go nuts during the BG bonus event week. Takes like 6-8 hours or less to fully outfit a new 100 in BG gear during the BG bonus event. Timewalker Event is this week and that's a really quick way to get outfitted in 675 gear too.
 
You guys lost ur damn mind ? Dont bot in bg,its %100 ban..two toon banned one for 72 hour,other for permantent..I think gms watchin bgs,i dont know.

It's actually not "%100 ban.." mate. Not by a long shot. Plenty of people bot BGs with zero bans. Your experience doesn't speak for that of every other botter. Don't spread false information.

i dont know man,maybe its me but my accounts banned in diffrent times in middle of bg

I don't plan on it, I know it is not a 100% ban, not I am playing on my main so I an very cautious.

I thought AV might be safe, you know lost in the crowd type of thing.

I always struggle to believe this one, I've tried 100% monitored BG botting several times, mostly on my RDruid or HPala. I use Mirabis' and TaunHA's CR's and Millz BGFarmer as my botbase but sometimes I'll leave them to run for 5-6 hours whilst I'm doing work on my main screen and when I'm done I've barely gotten more than 6-8k honor.

This is from EU Alliance, the queues aren't particularly long either afaik. How do people seem to be getting so much honor whilst botting?

He said "during the BG bonus event." The event give tripple honor and alot of ppl will run bg's so that means shorter ques to. 6-8h will give around 20-25k honor.

DONT DO IT. just got a 72hr ban for using bgfarmer for 1 hr some days ago. was in AV at the time i DC'd
 
BG bans generally occur from player reports. Right click someone and report for botting - it's simple so lots of legit players use it.

Comparing the number of users of the bot vs the number of ban reports - the ratio of people being banned is very low.

Neither BGBuddy or BGFarmer are 'detected' as such, but bans occur from being unlucky and having had a report put in from another player.

Never bot on an account you don't want to lose.
 
@Thread Creator - Nothing wrong with botting in AV or any BG, I geared 3 toons this season with no issues, just dont bot 24/7 - you need to supervise the bot, as good as it is it does occasionally get stuck.
@Millz - Where is the fun in that, bot on your mains, great risk = great reward (or ban) but be optimistic :) - I have botted on my main account for the last 7 years, had 2 bans in that time but shit happens.

For all of you whop have gotten away with BG botting pls explain to us what you are using for plugins, crs and ect....cuz everytime I use BG bot my account gets banned...not even a 72 hour just straight permas ban. Its happened to every single account IVE EVER tried using BG bot on....That's 5 total accounts banned due to bordom of PvE and trying PvP....so please explain what you are doing differently to avoid being banned.
 
Isn't it easier to bg bot just running the CR and you running around... yes you cant leave the bot but wouldnt that minimize at least the "follow" the leader actions

I use Millz BG Buddy (but i do change defaults quite alot, i dont want my bot to work like everyone elses).
I use Taunha Routines in BG on whatever class - for this i use defaults but i untick all talents i dont yet have (this may not make a difference its just personal preference
I bot at very busy times, ie. as the new season is released i gear all my toons i want to pvp on (2-3 of them) after the first 4-5 days i dont bot because the bg's (in my opinion) are not busy enough - more people = less chance of getting caught.

I do run bg's after those 4-5 days - i use enyo + taunha and manually control the movement of my toon

Plugins - i use the default ones that come with HB
