So my friend wants to start botting on his Mac, but as normally Mac users are he doesn't know a thing about PCs. Does he have to buy a PC or can he use the PC emulator programs on the Mac?

Lol, I dont think that was a troll. Installing windows is now fully supported by OSX.
They even have a software solution(bootcamp) built in for partitioning your harddrive to accomodate.

Yeah, he's not smart enough to do that, and I dont touch Macs... Ever.

Please don't troll me. Someone who actually has something useful to say only.

I'm not trolling. A Mac is a PC. He can install Windows on a seperate partition or on a virtual machine and start botting.

It's pretty easy to install via Boot Camp... Insert your Windows 7 cd and a window pops up .. Follow description. On a side note he might be able to achieve botting on a mac via emulators, since Linux botting works in this way as well. He will simply have to try it, it's not rocket science.
