pausing the bot while macro is going

i made a macro for an opener on my keyboard so it will go through my opener any way to make it so when i am holing down particular keys it will pause the bot for x amount of seconds?

there seems to be a few things missing from this bot that if added would make it the rolls Royce of bots. things like stop and start hotkeys a pause hotkey and I don't know like a big red easy button.
