[Request] "Message" CustomBehavior

With the new <If> capabilities, Pickup from Items, and GrindTo conditionally, Profile Writers will quickly find the need to inform the user what is going on.

Does any ambitious soul care to write the following custom behavior?

If you do, you will notice the Wiki page has already been written for you--so no documentation should be needed. If you choose to pick up this gauntlet, please implement it exactly as described on the Wiki page.

This problem has existed as BugTracker #381 for a while. However, my guess is that things will heat up on the Profile Writing front, before this enhancement request will make it into the HBcore.
