Big Daddy's Plans for Nov-13th

I have spent a boatload of time leveling toons on my new account since the ban's were handed out in May and was concerned that we will lose them, I know it seems paranoid but I have a gut feeling about this.

I am going to transfer the 2 toons I play to a NEW account "wow4" now and not touch them for a while with any automation while we see how things unfold.

Also since the May ban I have cancelled my second subsciption to wow and only bot on 1 account and never run any pvp automation at all.

I used to do all my Garrison chores with the bot and no more of that now, except for perhaps a little garrison fishing for really short periods of time.

I only use HB for just manual movement and CR raiding but aslo manually using CD's as to appear human.

Im hoping that its the big fish they are after and wanted to minimize my footprint significantly this time around ..we will see.

Oh and I also never use any other bots other than HB as that can be a problem from what I have seen in the past.

im actually doing the same thing, trying to minimize my presence by avoiding BG's like it has the plague, i only recently started using CR's in raids

and im almost finished leveling all 11 alts so with some luck ill be completely done before the revival day has come!

I had 22 level 100s on 2 accounts, both will be unbanned the 13th. I leveled another 11 on another Battle.net with the same family name and plan on merging them.
I'll buy 4 battlechests to level 4x 11 toons to 90 with RaF and maxed looms, bonusses etc, upgrade to WoD and powerlevel them there (manually.) Then just do Garrisons and weekly bosskills for mounts and GG. Trying out Multiboxing ( 5 boxing) since I don't want to get caught on my main account anymore. I have a good plan on which professions to take, how my daily routine will look like and what to skip etc for maximum profit. Spending 200eur at the beginning is only a fraction of what I'll make back in gold and gametime, so happy about that part too.
If things look better and Blizzard ignores "us" then I'll might run 5-10 suicide bots on a different vpn/ip etc just because I just love how it looks like when you have 3 monitors full of WoW's open all doing different things at the same time ^^.

Blizz will never ignore us, i think they will even push us even more.
Subs dropped to all time low, if legion wont deliver, this game is done.
Alnother 3 mill sub loss and this game is f2p.

Whats risky about multiboxing 5 toons ? I'm not breaking the ToS, just passively leveling toons and using my Garrisons for goldmaking. I earn enough with my current job to be able to afford 4x WoD as upgrades.

Blizz anounced that they again lost 100.000 Customers so the active Accounts are down 5.4 Mil i think they will stop Banning if you dont overdo it or use BGBuddy

Subscription numbers won't affect Blizzard's battle against bots at all. It will be a while before the next Wave but that's only because they are gathering information over a large period of time. Obviously HB isn't detected or we'd all be banned immediately, but they definitely found some pattern via player reports. It just highlights that many thousands of people using the same exact pathing, quest-line progression and combat logic in every situation is a bad idea, go figure.

Appreciate the data gathering Frayman, any information is good information, but it would be cool if Honorbuddy did studies like this with 20-30 accounts at a time, a study with a population of 1 is not exactly comprehensive. Personally when I get my account back HB won't touch anything on my primary B.net.

So this is what i have done. I started 2 wod accounts and linked them. One clean one not. I have been leveling chars with HB and transferred them too the other account. I am willing to lose money too see if this works. All i want is 11 lvl 100 chars that i can play with and make a bit of gold.

Pvp QQ is very high again on forums, flyhackers, scripters, bots in bg, 0.1 sec interupters. And if u recall this was
exact the same issue when we got the may banwave, 1400 pages of QQ on both Us and Eu forum and boom, 6
month ban. Blizz doesnt act at all unless the QQ is piling like fck.

First time in 6 months a blue post as a response on it.

If you witness any form of exploitation, then the best thing to do is to report the matter. This can be done by either:

Using the in-game reporting system (this is the most effective way as the automated reports include any relevant context)


OR

Sending the relevant details to our Hacks team at [email protected] (Note: VODs, video footage etc can help greatly here).



You won't receive a response in either case, but this does not mean the reports are ignored. All reports are collated and looked into thoroughly. Any evidence found in the course of the investigation may also be used to formulate methods to detect and remove other players who are also using the same exploitation methods, the outcome is in the form of ban waves such as the one performed earlier this year.

Where possible, we will try to communicate these ban waves with the community but there may be some smaller ban waves that do not receive a public announcement. We don’t always want to share details about our detection methods, as it could help bot developers to refine their scripts to avoid detection.

Please also keep in mind that you might not see immediate action being taken once you have sent a report. When it comes to potentially issuing any other form of punishment for PvP exploitation, we want to make sure we have as much evidence as possible before bringing down the hammer.

I've also taken onboard the constructive suggestions for how the reporting functionality could be improved in-game. Thanks for the feedback!

and although u might think this is a standard response, its a response, and thats more then was seen in the
last months, its actually the first response in a long time, and we know blizz ignores pvp like it has aids or lepra.

Something will happen again and i think its gonna happen soon. We all get unbanned soon, lets see if they dont
hit us with another banwave before the old one is expired.

Subs are down the drain, and with this going, more and more leave.

I hope im wrong, but just saying they wont ban without the facts is just stupid. Check more then just
the buddyforum from time to time and u see the real state this game is in atm. Then u can say they dont ban!

I will be amazed if they dont, and if i was a legit player, unsub instantly / remove the game
from my pc and never look back.

Lets be honest, pvp is unplayable cause of all the bots, rmd is all that is worth it now, the game is
evolved and balanced around 3's.

The amount of ch3aters( censored really? ) , flyhackers and wallcrushers are going tru the roof.

This is world of botcraft, nothing else. Its only fun cause we bot, but if we didnt, most inhere would be
gone as well.

I am with Webhond, maybe they are building other games to be able to keep on top when they do wipe out the bots all together. Blizzard are up to something and we will find out by the end of the year. I am only back because I just wanted to see my 55 level 100's idle on screen. I might play again next exp manually but knowing they are making pvp casual based. Might be the end of Wow for a lot of pvpers, well even at this time in game pvp is utter garbage.

So all people following Zygor's or Dugi's guide are at risk of banning since they all follow the same questing profile.
I recall from well over a year ago that pathing was supposed to be randomized (globally the same but with small differences, ofcourse at cost of path efficiency).
And combat logic is also a far cry, since alot of players (by hand, not automation) are optimizing their rotations to get the maximum possible DPS, and there are a few ways to rome, but at the higher levels they are limited.

I think it's more things like running into walls or repeating something over and over, or too fast interrupts and not responding to chats etc that is getting you caught than some of the points you highlight.
But that is ofcourse just my opinion
