Cant buy from Buddystore

Can please someone help me!? I´m trying to buy something from the Buddystore and it just comes back "Your payment was not successful. Please try again." I sent a email a couple of days ago but still havnt got any respons. I know this is not the place to start this thread but its the only forum I can do it in.
Please help me someone.

Well its not anything with reverse refund that you give as an suggestion, but rather I need help from the support, but I thought that if I write something here they might answer my mail I wrote a couple of days ago quicker...
