Keep getting error

I keep getting this error
Error trying to save settings file 'GlobalSettings.xml' while creating temporary file: The file exists.

Honorbuddy v2.5.14527.804 started.

I did a fresh install, I also tried up load log it doesn't let me.

This is a permissions problem on your Windoze machine. Try running the following program with administrator privileges:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/windows-repair-all-in-one/​

If no joy, we will need to see a full log file of the event. There is no reason the log file canot be uploaded to the forum.

I downloaded the program and used it like you said and i'm still having the same problem. I also reintall WowView attachment 7728 2015-10-31 09.50.txt

The failure mode you're experiencing is not quite the same, but the solution to the problem may help you also. You can find details of the problem repair in this post:

The system has too many 'temporary' files​

You should also completely delete your .../Honorbuddy/Settings/ directory, and do not recopy anything from a previous installation.

I have tried everything you suggested and i keep getting the error

Yes! I'm logged in as admin.

The only thing i did was defrag my hard drive 2 days.,Thou i don't think that would cause this problem.

So am i ever going to get help with this issue cause i haven't yet. Been getting message from Tony threw Skype but i explain to him that im in the US east coast time and he try's to contact me at 2 am my time. please some oene help me with this. i have never had a problem until about 2 weeks ago with this issue.
