Bot not defending itself

Bot is trying to complete quest objectives but it's not defending itself if attacked. I tried using singular and tuanha and none are attacking back and just ignoring mobs. I already deleted settings folder and still the same problem.

Fresh install and even on a different PC and still same problem. I'm leveling more characters with no problem. It only happens with this rogue.
The character works perfectly fine on BGs but not while questing.

Let's do a 'clean install', as defined here:

Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:"Clean installing" Honorbuddy​

It is important to disable the streaming of all third-party products from the Buddy Store.

Please show us a log from the 'clean install', if no joy.

Did clean install with the installer as mentioned above and also disabled third-party products from the Buddy Store. Still not attacking mobs. It keeps on moving to hotspots with no regard of everything around him. If I stop bot and restart it, it will start attacking, but after moving to a hotspot it will just try to get there and not attack.

An update on [Fly][H - Quest] BC 58-70 [Kick].xml has been pushed and it's working as good as always. Thanks kick/echo or however did it!
