Try the free trials in the buddy store and see if you like any of them.

I've pretty much settled on Singular but idgaf about max dps or I'd be playing a Shaman.

Already tried them all and none of them did a proper balance routine for DPS..

And, shaman? Why? Last time I checked they didn't do that good dps?
