Is it possible to level as a Feral but the bot still picks up healer items?

I want to get through WoD faster so I would choose my dual spec feral, and any way it could loot healing items so I can do dungeons in between if I quickly switch or prepare me for late game better?

Most WoD items have both strength/agility and intellect, automatically changing based on spec, so no need to do anything.

^ still doesn't help necessarily because resto items have +spell power which the bot will vendor. unless i'm missing something
