Just purchased HB and Im having issues logging in

the message Authentication Failed. You are not authorized to connect to this server Reason: Too many failed login attempts. I checked multiple times and the key you guys email me is correct.

its saying invalid product key but im positive im typing in the product key you guys emailed me.

You're probably reading an 'O' as a '0', or 'l' as a '1', or somesuch.

Just go visit Buddyauth and copy/paste your key and you will be sure that you are using the right one
