FPS problem

This bot rips infos off the memory, you have to except that kind of lag. any of you botted D3 before? you should give it a look, you might see my point. Tho the bot doesn't affect latency, if your latency is shit, it's your setup, not the bot. I run at 30ms under vm constantly, i never have a spike.

Having a very similar problem too, this Video is quite clear of what the outcome of the problem is.
Pushedx, is there a solution for this or just a consequence of memory processing as you described before ?
Please note I have a very decent setup and I play POE at 60FPS almost everywhere. I dont think a drop to 15-18 is justified.

So has any effort been invested into trying to fix this? I've been toying with settings on my end trying to resolve the problem but no combination of changes seems to make a difference.
