Some Crusader combat observations and suggestions/requests

All of these are for the Hammer build.

Provoke:
1. Add an option to use it on CD, because even if set to use with only one mob in range it does not activate quite often.
2. Adding an additional activation criteria would be good as well, for example once you have only ~40 Wrath left.

Blessed Hammer:
1. Skill spam stops sometimes and uses a regular attack for no reason (enough Wrath available). It also adds some sort of delay between attacks sometimes.
2. Reducing the target range would help as well.

Champion:
1. Option to activate on CD even out of combat when not in town to prevent TP interruption and as a measure against the unkillable Fallen bug.

Falling Sword:
1. It should not be used more often than every 8 seconds to keep the buff active since the overuse of this skill is a huge damage loss, especially with a channeling pylon.
2. Using it only on low health would increase the damage output even more.
3. If possible, do not use it at all when Convention is on holy (unless 2. is triggered).
4. Use it for evasion just like Seven-Sided Strike.

And I noticed that Blessed Hammer skill damage is missing from the item list; it would help.
I would be extremely grateful if someone could help with these changes.

Thanks for the update, I just tested it with Adventurer 1.3.3.144 (rev 21) and Trinity 2.13.48 (rev 147) and it's running better.
In my opinion the target range is still a bit too high; I'll try to lower it and see if it makes any difference.

[Adventurer][Rift] All done. (Total Time: 9 mins 12 seconds)
[Adventurer][Rift] Level: 55

Slower than the other classes, sure, but it's a Crusader without stutter step, which makes it good enough if you ask me.
