HB Won't Open - Log Attached - Should be easy for one of you smart guys!

Still no good Tony. It looks like it's trying to open, then flashes open and closed really quickly. It's not producing a log file at all. I have done a clean install as well as checked all programs that conflict.

Sorry it's not producing a log file. It hasn't even created the /log folder in my HB. I've tried a fresh install but still nothing.

It just sort of looks like it's trying to open something - then the system tray icon flashes for a split second (not even time to screenshot it) and then nothing.

No, I don't have any antiviruses. Have also disabled Window's defender.
