I know this isn't the store support but this seems not right.
I bought a combat routine that hasn't been applied to my account.
So I put in a ticket.
The person 'Joro' assigned to the ticket is now asking for my store password.
Surely this is not good practice.
And they should not require my password in any circumstance.
They have the order number, they shouldn't need my password to see whats in my store items list...
