I know this isn't the store support but this seems not right.

I bought a combat routine that hasn't been applied to my account.
So I put in a ticket.

The person 'Joro' assigned to the ticket is now asking for my store password.

Surely this is not good practice.
And they should not require my password in any circumstance.

They have the order number, they shouldn't need my password to see whats in my store items list...

under some specific circumstances,your pass is required

you can change it later
 
when everything looks as it should on our systems,we must check your acc directly

its better to ask you for your pass instead of being able access your acc without asking,so its the best practice
