Error trying to save the settings file: The file exists

This started today after honorbuddy tried to do an update.

I've tried fresh install in several different locations, deleting the settings file, excluding the honorbuddy application in my McAfee real-time scanning and the issue persists.

Im running on a non genuine windows 7 so hopefully there is another fix for me aside from upgrading to windows 10.
