It will just keep trying to mount but interrupts itself. It ascends, then right as it starts to mount it twitchs, causing it to interrupt. Started few versions back just been ignoring vash hoping will get fixed. I only have back to version 1.7.5.4 saved and it does it on version 4, 5, and this one 6.

I'm not saying that Gatherbuddy doesn't have this problem, but we need to rule out the problem from your contributions. The Wiki also says this for buttons 6, 7, and 8:

If the spell assigned to this button is on cooldown (global or otherwise), the action will be skipped for this period.

Looking at the log you referenced, those times when your button '8' is not being pressed every second, button 6 or 7 have been pressed immediately preceding it. Thus, any spell you have on button 6 or 7, may be triggering a cooldown for the spell queued for button 8. If so, the problem is not Gatherbuddy, but your macro setup.

So, to eliminate your configuration as the source of a problem, could you please show us the macro's you're using for buttons 6, 7, and 8 that goes with the log fragment you referenced.

with teh last version of GB in twilight highlands, it was fixed so i wouldnt try to herb things in the air. now with the new version its doing it again tried the blacklist button right on it but it still is trying to herb a node floating in the air. using the last version and its working like a charm

It uses mount from time to time, randomly after harvesting bot just don't use mount, simply swimming upwards ;( Can you fix that bug? 3 Releases and we have the same problem. Also if it's possible please lesser the height of ascent after harvesting in Vashjir, because after this big ascent he is also making another even more ascent after mounting - this causes that bot jump out of water in many places than again use mount and ascent....and again out of water.

Is it just my lack of skills/understanding but should Gatherbuddy actually be able to do some pve fighting as well? My toon gathers all the nodes just fine but if theres mob next to the resource my toon usually dies. Most of the times it doesnt fight the mob (especially if the mob stands behind my char or is ranged type) and when it fights it doesnt use any special attacks. Normal behaviour or just my incompetence?

I was watching more closely today the bug i reported you with the bot sometime not targetting the croco and being beated by it ( dont need the log i already posted it 2-3 time in this thread ) i saw an error tough in GB itself while this happened.

I got no clue if its related but when the bug happened this happened inside GB, i dont know what this do or what is it for but it sound bad anyway, you may look in it deeper.

Hopefully it help to finaly get ride of that darn bug.

Yet another diff bot beated the dust, but this time i saw it, ecactly like the log i posted above and what i tough lol, but this looked bot like and pitifull, you might want to try to find the problem.

It first turned toward a creature chasing it without target it for 3-4 second or so, then ran all around ( even dragged another croco ) trying to actualy acquire a target ( he NEVER menaged to target any of the 2 croco ) and was running really all around trying to face them pershap......??? anyway you have a very BIG target issue, guessing or at least hoping the bot would have faced the targetted mob but then we dont know.......pershap it would have had also problem to face it.

Anyway we back with the usual 3-4 last version problem but to me it looked worse as the bot was looking like a very fucked up bot.

Similar issue here. Bot landed and noticed another player herbing. It then tried to attack the person....this is a nonflaged same faction person. Here is the log. I have edited out the name and replaced it with PLAYER_NAME. In the mean time a NPC had started to attack the bot.

Ok, reproduced it to provide a log with spells that are just instants and without cooldowns (except one which I only use once on the target) on button 8. Button 6 and 7 are empty for testing.

What I need is a fast casting rotation for instant damage / healing spells to use casters for botting. Another thing, could button 6 and 7 be skipped if empty to get a faster, constant rota with only one macro?

iggy - a 20 second cooldown on button 8 will result in problems.

Do you mind leaving 6 and 7 empty, deleting your wow cache folder and trying again? I don't understand why there are 3 second gaps there and today has gone against me so I can't respec to try your spec.

Toon won't turn to face mob when being attacked from behind

I don't know if it's just me or something I'm doing wrong but nothing in the wiki says anything about this.

When I am harvesting a node and a mob attacks from behind, my toon just stands there getting beat on. He does try using combat spells and auto-attack but won't turn to face the attacker so it just spams the message about needing to be facing your target. So, if it wasn't for lightning shield in lower level areas I would just stand there and get killed.

Am I missing something or is there something else I should be doing to get my toon to turn and face the attacker? This has been a consistent issue all day.
