HB Stuck at Startup

Can you help me with startup issue please.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2013 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

Still stuck at startup.

Reloaded HB and now stuck at "checking for buddy store products"

you removed Singular or something?
