No antivirus and framework is fully updated even used the honorbuddy wizard.

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


restart your pc,
download the installationwizard https://www.thebuddyforum.com/attach...uddywizard-zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
restart

same exact thing happened, ran as admin all 3 vcreds, did windows update, restarted before running them as admin, and after windows update, same thing is occuring. if you want a log its the same as in the original post.

SOLVED: A quick uninstall, reinstall to a folder on my desktop solved the issues, how? no clue just glad it works.
