Another "has stopped working" post

Greetings,

I've been using your products for almost 3 years now pretty flawlessly but am having an issue with DB recently.

Demonbuddy was working fine for me on windows 7.
I upgraded to windows 10 it stopped working ("Demonbuddy has stopped working" error) and so did windows 10.

I went back to windows 7 - fresh install.
Ran Windows Update
Fresh install of DB through installer, restarted and ran update again for .net updates.
"Has stopped working error" again.
Uninstalled all .net and all Visual C++ Redistributables and Demonbuddy through installer.
Reinstalled everything, restarted PC.
Ran update for .net.

Still get the same results. Ran everything as admin also. It happens as soon as I click login. Can't think of anything else so I'm turning to the experts.

Almost same situation here.

I just fixed it by installing c++ redistribution package 2013 (X86).

Thank you hyqssg123! I have always got this error message for the last couple of nights trying to run this bot for the first time and it finally idles in town! No more error message at least so it's a start!

I recently updated to windows 10, tried to run this bot, couldn't get it to work along with a few other programs on windows 10 so reverted back to windows 7.

Thank you hyqssg123! Not sure why the installer doesn't install that version with it. For others with this issue - I have 64bit which is what i installed initially but it requires the X86 (32bit) version to work properly!
