Default Keep ancient only disabled?

Hey there, whenever I enable "keep ancients only" in Trinity there is a note at the bottom, that its disabled for the moment. In fact, ingame all Legendarys are stored. Is there any hint that I probably can keep ancients only? Thanks so far <3

One way is to go to item list and manually select all the items then add the property of must be ancient
