"Can't Process Managed Resources" ERROR

I upgraded to Windows 10 then starts appearing the msg
"Can't Process Managed Resources"
How can i fix it?? How can i "disable portal"???

Attachments

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable


and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.
 
I did it all, still dosnt working, i saw in another thread to "disable a portal" what that means??
 
theres something majorly wrong with the .net framework on your machine. the only thing i can suggest if reinstalling windows.
 
Ok i formated my pc, and reinstalled windows but still the same shit msg appearing!
 
post a new log please, and if you could another screenshot.

also specs would be nice as well.
 
i think i has to do with the TuanHA combat routines. log into your buddystore account and disable them from streaming.
