afaik trash mob pack size has to be 1 on trinity 2&3 (according to all guides) otherwise i can´t help you since i don´t play my barb right now.

I'm running a barb T8 atm.

Disable every single AOE avoidance (except fire chain) gear up with some HP smth like 800-900k and 1200+ allres.

Other than that just run the bot and enjoy.
