After update new version,bot takes more time to start...

if the bot works then the bot is working. im not sure what to tell you why it would be taking longer. if it was failing that would be one thing but its not.

I found some unknown error appears in the new version of Log.

And when I am using Garrisonbuddy, maps already exist still take the time to download

I have the exact same problem. bot is so slow to login or when u click start the delay before the bot starts is a lot longer.
I have cleared caches and done wow tool fix still the same with fresh installs.
I even disable internet security to be safe even though I've set it up fine and still the delay.
Any other ideas to try? can be really annoying.

there are hundreds of map files, so even if you did download part of the path using one character chances are another will still have to download the parts it needs to path where it needs to go.

Like Anubite said, significantly slower after the update.
And most of that time spent in downloading maps.
The previous version did not so frequent map download behavior.
Most of the time,I stayed Garrisons, use Garrisonbuddy Bot.
The previous version, if not go to the new map, BOT rarely download behavior.
Now,the bot almost always take the time to download Garrisonbuddy map.
After click START button, I have to wait very long before action.
When I use Raidbot, Questing Bot and clicking the start button,I will also have to wait a long time before moving.
 
Occasionally, slow Honorbuddy operation can be caused by problematical video drivers. You might try switching the WoWclient from DX11 to DX9, restart the WoWclient, and see if the situation improves.

Other than that, theres nothing i can fix.
