Hey So as shocking as it is I did NOT do anything BUT DL the DB Zip file and it includes Includes OLD trinity and Quest tools. Clicked a few settings and its running 100% AFKable.

Normally I DL Trinity, QT, RRift profile, updater and a few other things and since D3 being new and the OLD way NOT working I tried it and it works.

Here is what I have noticed. DB will get 5, 10, 50% through the map and then it retraces its steps all the way back to the beginning. I think DB has "EYE Sensors" and knows when I am watching because it operates pretty well most of the time. and then I leave it for an hour and come back and it ran 5 rifts.

I found a setting in DB and I cannot find it again... its about mapping and you choose closest unexplored area on the map.
First where is this setting?
Second what's the best setting?

Last - What causes this and whats the best fix? New Trinity? DB leveled all my gems to 30 and got all my crafting mats over 5k each and 200+ souls 400+ Death Breaths so It is working. Just not efficiently.

thanks in advance for your help.

59 people read this and no replies.... thanks I found it, it is in quest tools, but still dont know what the best setting is.

Ive been using DB for a long time... I just leave it on default I honestly am as confused as you are about which one is best for what.

You're in an area that most of the regular botters aren't going to have touched. Which pathing method you choose will have wildly varying results on different tasks, characters, and plugin setups. Your best bet is to walk through the list and try them, as far as I'm aware, some of the profiles had tags for which pathing was best to use for a specific task. By overriding it across the board, you actually can make some other tasks not work properly. Note: whether or not that matters depends on what you're doing and whether or not the QuestTools pathing is even used by your profiles/bot.

The community is much smaller than it was when you could make money on the RMAH, the extreme performance tweaks that were heavily discussed back then just aren't as high priority anymore. Most people that are botting now are doing it just for fun and aren't as concerned with micro-tweaks (assuming the bots are doing well enough to accomplish the farming for them). The community of developers has shrunk drastically and as such, questions like this have very few people that can actually answer them.
