Demonbuddy keep trying to use recourse spender when out of recourse

Ive trieed on multiple chacters and it just sits there trying to spam the recourse spending skill for 5-10 seconds then will go back to use recourse gainer then back to recourse spender and keeps trying again after it runs out.

ive wiped all folders and done a fresh install and it keeps doing it. Also tried the latest beta build and its still doing it.

What classes are you trying to play? Monk is broken atm, ww barb and demonhunter are fine though.
