After the recent update of both PoE and Exilebuddy, I get this notion when I try to start up Exilebuddy: "This client version is unsupported. Please check the forums for more information.."

Just curious if it's an actual problem, or the EB just is out of date. Posting here cause no one else have written about it yet.

yea for me its working this morning and after i restarted my computer i got this error too:confused:
 
Ok lol,something is wrong with the bot.I have 2 accounts running both games updated ofc.On 1 of the accounts the bot is ok on other it says version unsupported...I copied the working bot on the other account and it still shows unsupported version...1 fr has the same exact problem,1 bot working the other dont...
 
Do the devs usually give any indication that they are alive and are aware of the issue? Like giving their customers an idea of when to expect the service to be back up and running again?

When will it be out? When it's done. Communication from the devs is very good and usually it takes less than 24h to get things running again. If it takes longer we usually get a message about it. So sit tight and wait for the update or news.

I've been sitting tight for 5 hours now. As a customer, I expect some level of customer service, like a little post about when to expect the service to be back up and running again. I don't think that's too much to ask.

Oh how did I know I would get a butthurt reply like yours. I am not 'mad' about the downtimes - that's not what im saying. For all it matter, it could be down 3 days and that would be fine. I just hope to get a little post on the support forum (where the program redirected me when I encountered the problem) stating that the issue is being looked at. That's all.

Yeah like they're going to suddenly stop support of the bot.. entitled much? You'll get the update when everyone else does, when it's done. Giving the pushedx at least 24h, then you can complain. Or do we need a bot to post in the support section "omigod u guise, there was petch, bot no werk! weit 24h ok?"

Seems to be hard to have a civilized discussion on this forum. How old are you guys? Anyway, where did I write anything about them stopping the support of the bot all of the sudden? Didn't catch that myself. Try to calm down a little bit, all I wrote is I would appreciate a little info from the devs side, when I get redirected to the support forum for more information about the issue. Am I really so evil and wrong for asking for a little forum post? A post? 5 seconds worth of time?

If you were here long enough you'd know how long updates take and that they can be very speedy but can also take some time. Every patch there is the forum gets flooded from people panicking "omg bot no werk, ship is sinking, world is ending, gimme bot now!". For the people that frequent this forum this shit gets tiring and annoying, so we make fun of the people that come here and ask about updates.
 
for me it would be enough if on the authbuddy page you can find a little information field which contains the current stable and beta version of the bot.

There's nothing civilized about posting a thread for updates, when sickies on the forum clearly states your answer.

That's understandable, but still no reason to throw a fit when people simply follow the instructions given from the actual bot - which was to redirect to the support forum and look for information. No information was unfortunately posted, and that's why I made this post.
