I've been having a couple of problems with honorbuddy since I downloaded it. Currently my file is on my desktop in its own folder just called "folder". I get the message saying "Error trying to save the settings file: Cannot create a file when that file already exists". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, i downloaded the zip file and extracted it manually. I also cannot use the Honorbuddy launcher becuase it says i'm missing MSVCR110.dll. I looked online to try and fix this but nothing was helpful. I downloaded what was said to be that file, and followed their exact steps but nothing seemed to work. But i can still just open HB in my folder so it's not that big of a deal. Anyway, the problem is when try to run the questing profile I downloaded from the buddy store. Since it cannot save the settings my character attacks everything, which slows down my exp/hr. If anyone could help me out with this that would be really cool. and like i said this happens when I run other profiles, like Bgbuddy etc, but the questing profile is the big one I run into issues with. Thank you

Go to Programs and Features, in your windows Control panel.
Look for:
- microsoft .net framework 4 client profile
- microsoft .net framework 4 extended
- microsoft .net framework 4.5.x
- microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable
- microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable

and Uninstall them if they are installed.
Restart your PC.

install this

and this
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40773

run both as administrator.
after the both installs are completed, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
Then do one last restart.

check your anti-virus, try disabling it so its not trying to block write access to the settings files.

Thank you that seems to have solved it, it was my antivirus all along, so I no longer have the settings error, but still get the error (0xc000007b) when i try to run the launcher

dont use the launcher.
wow needs to be running in 32bit mode.
to do this watch this video. it covers every possible way to get wow to start in 32 bit mode.

after wow is started in 32bit mode, get fully logged in and in game, then start honorbuddy by right clicking "honorbuddy.exe" and clicking "Run as Administrator"

Thats what i have been doing in the meantime, i was just wondering if it would be an easy fix so i can just run the launcher and have wow open autamatically with the bot, but its not that big of a deal, ill just keep doing what i havebeen doing which was opening wow in 32 bit, then running the bot after i logged in. Thank you though (: since my settings error is gone im happy

its always best to start honorbuddy AFTER your completely logged in and in game, the launcher doesnt do that.
