WoD Quests 90-100 not showing 1-100 Quest Pack

The WoD 90-100 quests are not showing up in the 1-100 Questing Pack.

I've tried disabling and re-enabling them from the buddy store, and they're still not showing up.
I've also attempted deleting my cache. Any tips or help at getting it to show back up?

If a log is needed, please let me know.
