Bot has been updated for the patch, but its throwing errors before completing the update.

Same thing here. Just download a fresh copy, copy over your plugins and settings. Working for me.
 
it happen from times to times. Next time you can just restart your computer and run the bot and let it update first.
 
Move QuestPlugin out of the way, the SVN stuff is causing this.

Also, remove the UpdaterBackup directory before you run the update again.
 
For some reason the updater was throwing an exception when trying to clean up after itself, and i noticed that it was failing to remove something svn related from the UpdaterBackup dir.

Probably svn related and not the actual plugin, i just took a guess that he has same plugin as me downloaded the same way since well... no other plugins seem to have svn right now heh. No offense mate, i greatly appreciate what you're doing!

Ya, It's probably to do with closing EB while it was updating, or setting a folder/file as read only will mess it up as well.
