Gonna roll a Barb for S4, and I just started playing as of a week ago after not playing for more than a year.
So my knowledge is a little rusty regarding farming specific sets. I've seen that the "Wastes" set for barbs is level 70 only (aka: torment1+ only), and was wondering what the most efficient method of farming set items was now? Is there a boss/zone to farm sets the best in now, or should I just spam torment1 normal rifts looking for the set items I need? Is there a new technique for narrowing down sets/specificitems or is it all just grinding until I find them?
Speaking of which, is that previous method still a thing? Where if you see nothing but the same set dropping all the time you remake your game to "reroll" your currently stored "chance of dropping" list that is created with each new game?
