An interesting FPS problem

My fps drops to 10-15 when i walk. The interesting thing, when i fight, fps becomes 80-90. This problem started 2 days ago. Any solution?

I have the same problem. When I have to move on any RAID fight, fps drops! Back to normal when I stops to move.
