hi guys, ive been away from wow for about 3 months and ive now come back and i cant seem to log into buddy auth... im sure im using the same username password combo as before but for some reason its not working and now it has said im locked out of the account until i contact support 
how do i go about unlocking this and finding out the correct details ?
ofc i can give all my details required etc to verify its mine, can give you my HB key etc just need to know how i can go about getting my correct username and password
