Remove Particles?

Does anyone know a way to remove particles in poe(none detectable)?Before i was doing it with program which wasnt detectable now it is.If anyone knows a way pls share it.Without those effects i could run 2 poe instead of 1 lol.

This has nothing to do with particles .and ofc i already lowered my graphics to that extent
