Once the disconnection issues is fix, plan to upgrade my AB, how?

If I upgrade my AB account from € 24.98 to € 59.98 do I need to pay the full € 59.98 again? or I will just pay the remaining € 35.00 ? Hope the disconnection issue will be fix. AB will disconnect if I leave it and not doing anything on my Keyboard, like chatting.

No, I'm talking about the "Gods have disconnected" thing, if I don't do something like clicking or typing, If leave my AB alone, it will get disconnected.
