Banned, 1 account, briefly using the new scarecrow plugin

3) How many accounts was banned.
- 1

4) What plugins you use, or what you do with ArcheBuddy ingame
- Default, new, scarecrow plugin for ~15 minutes. New character on old account (Normally NA player) Completely supervised and alone, didn't see a soul.

5) Did you use different IP addresses? (Note, that public or lowcost private IP list, and V-P-Ns can be used by another bots\ spammers).
- No, 1 account

6) Any another information that you consider relevant.
- I had 4 failed payments (PayPal was letting me down) while trying to purchase credits which may have been the culprit. Not illegal or illegitimate, just had problems. I think this may have been it but I'd like info on the scarecrow.

Nope they hit me for 3rd party. Any tips on getting unbanned? Feign ignorance or admit and apologize?

You can try to keep talking to them, either way most likely they will stop answering at some point and keep closing your ticket. You could try to say you let your son play for a bit and you didnt know he would use any programm. If you really just used it for 15min, it might work. Usually they dont unban for any kind of 3rd part....my account has been banned for transfering gold via AH to another person(gold selling). With no actual proof of me receiving money for that gold they kept saying the ban is correct and will be upheld...
